Changed your mind? Tell us before it ships

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Simply message us on WhatsApp or email support@imamdastaspice.com with your order ID, and we'll confirm the cancellation.

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full. Cash on Delivery orders are simply cancelled — nothing to pay.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

• If you refuse a prepaid parcel at delivery, we'll refund the order value after deducting the forward and return shipping charges once it reaches us.
• If the parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please accept it and WhatsApp us a video or photos with your Order ID within 48 hours — our team will check it and sort it out as explained in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Want to add an item, change a pack size or update your delivery address or phone number? Message us before dispatch and we'll do our best to update it. If an item needs to be added, we may ask you to place a separate order.

Occasionally, we may need to cancel an order, for example when:

• A product is out of stock or a batch doesn't meet our quality standards.
• Your pin code isn't serviceable by our courier partners.
• There was an error in the price or product information displayed.
• We're unable to confirm the order or contact you on the phone number provided.
• The order appears fraudulent, or there's a history of repeatedly refused Cash on Delivery orders.

If we cancel your order, we'll let you know right away and refund any amount paid in full.

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of cancellation. Your bank may take a few extra days to reflect the amount.

Wholesale, bulk and custom orders may follow separate cancellation terms, including advance payments, which we share with you along with the quotation. Once a custom batch has been ground and packed, it can't be cancelled.
