Yes. Payments are processed by secure, RBI-regulated payment gateways over encrypted connections. We never see or store your card details or UPI PIN.

Don't worry — failed payments are usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days. Send us the transaction details on WhatsApp and we'll check it for you.

Yes, free of charge until it's dispatched. Message us your order ID on WhatsApp or email as soon as possible — orders before 12 PM usually ship the same day.

Since masalas are food products, opened jars can't be returned for a change of mind or taste preference. If you find a genuine quality issue when you first open a sealed jar, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Prepaid refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. For COD orders, we refund by UPI or bank transfer in the same time once you share your details.
