This website is operated by Imam Dasta, Gurudwara Road, Paper Mill Colony, Nishatganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226006. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, Cancellation and Privacy policies.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the website.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
• You're responsible for keeping any account details and one-time passwords confidential.

Our masalas are made in small batches from natural ingredients. Their colour, aroma, texture and intensity may vary slightly from batch to batch — that's the nature of real spices.

• Product jars shown on the website are illustrations. Actual packaging may differ slightly.
• Always read the ingredient list, allergen information, storage instructions and best-before date printed on the pack before use.
• If you have a food allergy or a specific dietary requirement, please check the label or contact us before purchasing.
• Recipes and serving suggestions are for guidance only.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are MRP, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Shipping is ₹90 on orders below ₹299, and free on orders of ₹299 and above. The charge is shown separately at checkout.
• Prices and availability may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

When you place an order, we send a confirmation on WhatsApp or email. This confirms that we've received your order — it isn't yet an acceptance. The contract for sale is formed when we dispatch your order.

We may limit quantities per order, or decline or cancel an order, as described in our Cancellation policy.

• We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and pin codes.
• Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We don't store your card or UPI credentials.
• Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹500; larger orders can be paid online. For COD orders, please keep the exact order amount ready at delivery.

• Unless stated otherwise, only one coupon can be used per order.
• Coupons have no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and are valid only during the stated period.
• We may withdraw or change an offer at any time, and may cancel orders that misuse an offer.

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy and Cancellation policy, which form part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Post false, misleading, abusive or defamatory reviews or content.
• Copy, scrape or reproduce website content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website.
• Buy products for unauthorised resale without a wholesale arrangement with us.

When you share a review, photo or message with us, you allow us to display and use it on our website and social channels in connection with our products. We may moderate or remove content that breaks these terms.

The Imam Dasta name, logo, hamam-dasta mark, product names, packaging designs, text, recipes, photographs and all other website content belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'd always prefer to resolve any concern directly with you — please contact us first. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
