From our rasoi to your doorstep

We ship to most pin codes across India through trusted courier partners. You can check whether your pin code is serviceable at checkout, before you pay.

A small number of remote locations may not be covered by our courier partners. If your pin code isn't serviceable, we'll let you know at checkout or reach out to you on WhatsApp to find an alternative.

We do not ship internationally at the moment. If you'd like to order from outside India, write to us at support@imamdastaspice.com and we'll try to help.

• Shipping is free on all orders of ₹299 and above (calculated on the order value after discounts).
• For orders below ₹299, a shipping charge of ₹90 is added at checkout.
• If any additional charge applies to Cash on Delivery orders, it is shown clearly at checkout.

All product prices are MRP and inclusive of applicable taxes. There are no hidden charges on delivery.

Our masalas are packed fresh in small batches at our Lucknow rasoi, so we move quickly once you order.

• Orders confirmed before 12 PM (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day.
• Orders confirmed after 12 PM, on Sundays or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
• During festive seasons, sales or for large orders, dispatch may take 1–2 additional working days. We'll keep you informed if this happens.

• Within Lucknow: same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 12 PM (Monday to Saturday).
• Metro cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
• Remote areas, the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and island territories may take longer.

These timelines are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by weather, local restrictions, strikes or other events outside our control. If your order is running late, message us on WhatsApp and we'll follow up with the courier for you.

As soon as your parcel ships, we send you a tracking link on WhatsApp and email. You can also check the latest status any time on our Track Order page using your order ID and phone number.

Each jar is sealed airtight right after packing and cushioned inside a sturdy box so the aroma reaches you exactly as it left our rasoi.

Please make sure your address, pin code and phone number are complete and correct. Our courier partners usually attempt delivery up to three times and may call you before each attempt.

• Need to change your address? Message us before your order is dispatched and we'll update it.
• If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect, the recipient was unavailable or the delivery was refused, we can re-ship it once you pay the shipping charge again, or refund prepaid orders after deducting the forward and return shipping costs.
• Repeatedly refused Cash on Delivery orders may lead to COD being disabled for that phone number or address.

If something arrives damaged, leaking or missing, WhatsApp us a video or clear photos of the product and the outer box, along with your Order ID, within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will check it and get back to you to sort it out, as explained in our Returns & Refunds policy.
