Maa Ki Rasoi Recipe Corner
Kadai Paneer
You'll need
- 200 g paneer, cubed
- 1 capsicum and 1 onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, puréed
- 1½ tsp Imamdasta Kitchen King
- ½ tsp Imamdasta Kashmiri Mirch Powder
- 2 tbsp oil, salt, kasuri methi
The method

Toss the veggies
Stir-fry onion and capsicum on high heat for 2 minutes and set aside.

Make the gravy
Cook the tomato purée with Imamdasta Kitchen King, Kashmiri Mirch and salt until the oil separates.

Bring it together
Add paneer and the veggies, toss for 2 minutes and finish with crushed kasuri methi.
To serve: Serve hot with naan, roti or paratha.
