Maa Ki Rasoi Recipe Corner
Homestyle Mutton Curry
You'll need
- 500 g mutton, curry cut
- 2½ tsp Imamdasta Meat Masala
- 3 onions, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ cup curd, 4 tbsp oil, salt
The method

Brown the onions
Fry the onions in oil until deep brown.

Bhuno the mutton
Add ginger-garlic paste, mutton, Imamdasta Meat Masala and salt. Bhuno on high heat for 10 minutes.

Add curd & tomatoes
Add tomatoes and whisked curd and cook until the oil separates.

Slow cook
Add hot water and pressure cook or simmer until the mutton is tender.
To serve: Serve with rice, roti or sheermal.
